Hello, beautiful soul!
I am an action taker. I take my mission (empowering women) very seriously, and I am dedicated to my success.
Of course, I would advise everyone not to overthink every single step and sometimes take a leap of faith, but first, you have to develop strong roots for that.
It is better to be centred, take small steps, and grow consistently than burn out because we often think we have to do it all at once.
Please take small steps every day, even if it is uncomfortable (it should be uneasy; otherwise, you do not learn and grow!) but take those steps!
Meditate on your next step, envision it and then do it: it does not have to be a quantum leap!
I often do my grounding when practising yoga: when I practice the tree asana.
I envision that I am a willow: the rain can pour, there can be a heavy storm, but I am rooted, and I just go with the flow, and the wind can never tear me down or break me. I am centred.
How about you? Are you an action taker?
What helps you to ground yourself when you feel overwhelm?
Oh, and one more thing: I am so happy that you are here with me. I am honoured to have you in my tribe!
Have a lovely day, and I will see you next week!
Hugs and kisses,
Szeréna

Hello, awesome people! If you have a cream that fights eczema and you don’t show it and sell it- don’t you think you are doing a disservice to people? If you have a voice of an angel and don’t sing, don’t you think you are harming people with that? If you are a natural healer and don’t sell your reiki course, nobody can see it, and they don’t benefit from it; you are harming people. Show your talents! Share with people your service!. It might save someone’s life. Don’t you think it is worth...
Hello there, Beautiful Soul! I know this can sound a little morbid but stay with me on this one.... If you were to die today: what would be the writing on your tombstone? Mine would say a loving, caring mother and wife, a passionate coach that empowered many, a writer. Sometimes it puts everything into perspective when we think about it this way. We may even find that some things are more or even less important to us at the end of the day... Make every moment count and focus on the things...
My dear beautiful People! The world is changing even faster than it used to... And we are changing with it, too. It is not a secret that the world’s polarity is changing, too, which means our bodies must go under a transformative process, too, to stay on track with the world... However, transformation is not always easy... In fact: it can sometimes be challenging. Transformation can hurt both mentally and physically. But change doesn’t have to equal suffering: in fact, I have created a...
